Ugg boots (which i presume they are) are just like every other high priced outfit "must have". I know a marketer for Coach and she said their main goal every year is to make something so desirable, that regardless of its value or use, the buyer cannot live without it. To me, if you are going to spend the $150 on the boots, or the bag or the design denim, then one must expect to lose that money because shoes are made to walk in, purses are made to hold stuff and jeans get washed just like your PJ's. If you feel the need to buy these items, I see no fault, it's your money to spend whatever way. I myself am beyond guilty of splurging on items that sit in my closet, but I also do not complain. The boots are a symbol of peoples vision; some see them as designer suede with heavenly filled fur interiors, others (like the two little boys) see them as nothing more than moon-boots for pretending around the house. Everyone sees things in a way they want to. Outside of the store, material goods are just everyday items that fill up closets and the reality is, they are just clothes.
